Shipping and Returns

Shipping of your package

Packages in stock are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature if the option is available in your country. We send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include preparation and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to total weight of the package.

We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We take care to secure shipments by protecting the contents and adapting the boxes.

If the product is not in stock, we will contact you to advise you of the delivery time.

In case of delay beyond the 20 days mentioned in the general sales conditions, you can freely exercise your right to cancel your order.

Return of your package

If a non-conformity is found on the products, they can be returned to us and we will take them back, exchange them or reimburse them, excluding transport costs. The products benefit from a legal guarantee of 12 months (articles 1641.x) of the civil code.

It is imperative to contact us and obtain our consent before any return. Returns, for any reason whatsoever, must be declared :

  • within fourteen days
  • by email to
  • All returns are subject to an acknowledgement of receipt to ensure the proper functioning of the process.

Once you have our acceptance you must imperatively return the products properly protected. You must also attach the purchase invoice in the package as well as the return slip that we send you during the validation.

We draw your attention to the fact that you must choose an adapted transport:

  • so that the products arrive in good condition: damaged packages will be automatically refused and will not give right to claim.
  • we recommend a return with follow-up and insured the products at their right value: in case of loss or degradation, we will not be able to give a favorable continuation to the assumption of responsibility.
